Remote support

Sometimes the fastest fix is us looking at your screen. A remote support session lets our team see exactly what you're seeing and sort the problem while you watch.

How a session works

Call us on +64 7 848 2005 (or arrange a time by email) and we'll send you a link to our secure screen-share app. Download it from the link we send, read us the session code, and we'll take it from there. Use our link rather than a copy downloaded elsewhere; our installer is preconfigured to reach our support team. You stay in control of your computer the whole time, and the session ends when you close the app.
