Enscape Error on Windows
When starting Enscape, some users might see the Access Denied prompt with the following message:

Users may encounter geometry flickering (jittering), Enscape crashes during rendering, reduced performance, or abnormal material and texture behavior. These problems are often caused by the project exceeding bounding box limitations within the CAD application or Enscape.

Using the Support Button
In the Enscape menu bar, you’ll find the Support button that you need to press when you want to send feedback and Logfiles to the Enscape Support team. This Support option, in Revit’s top level menu for Enscape, should always be available for use, and you do not have to start or open Enscape to have access to it.
