Sign in to the Creaform Customer Portal
Creaform keeps your software, licences, calibration files and documents in its Customer Portal. You need an account before you can download anything.
- Go to the Creaform Customer Portal.
- New user: select Request access and fill in the form.
- Wait for Creaform to approve the account, then sign in.
Download Creaform.OS and your licences
Creaform.OS is the operating software for every Creaform scanner and comes with the system. In the portal you can download:
- Creaform.OS and your other Creaform software
- Licences for your software modules
- Documentation for your hardware
Add Inspection or Scan-to-CAD
The Inspection and Scan-to-CAD modules of Creaform Metrology Suite run inside the same platform. They replace VXinspect and VXmodel. To add a module, or upgrade Scan-to-CAD to Scan-to-CAD Pro, contact us.
Calibration, repair and Customer Care Plans
Creaform calibrates in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Creaform sells Customer Care Plans (Basic, Select, Select R-Series and Select ACADEMIA, with optional Accident Coverage) that can include software module updates, e-learning, a loaner system and repair cover. See Creaform customer support.
