Checker

This page provides details about the Checker texture in Chaos Vantage.

Overview

The Checker map generates a procedural checkerboard pattern with checkers of any color.

The Checker texture parameters are grouped into several tabs: Checker, Common and Mapping Properties, UVW Coordinates, and UVW Randomize.

Settings

White color – Specifies one of the colors of the checker texture.

Black color – Specifies the other color of the checker texture.

Contrast – Controls the contrast by changing the value.
