This page provides information about all object types that can be created in Chaos Vantage.
Overview
Chaos Vantage provides options for the creation of a range of objects. The creation options are located in the top toolbar as well as in the Objects tab in the right side panel. You can create the following objects in Vantage:
- Anima Scene – A tool that loads Anima scenes from an Anima project or pack file.
- Chaos Scatter – An instancing and distribution tool for populating scenes with selected objects.
- Clipper – A geometric primitive used to clip away parts of the scene with a simple plane.
- Decal – A tool for projecting one material on top of another regardless of the target UV set.
- Fluid Simulation – A simulator designed to produce gaseous effects such as fire, smoke, and explosions, as well as sparks and embers.
- Fur – A very simple tool for creating procedural fur.
- Gaussian Splats – A method used to create a 3D scene from images or videos.
- MultiMatte – A render element object that creates RGBA selection masks based on an object's imported Object ID or Material ID.
- VolumeGrid – A volumetric effect that works with grid-based cache formats.
- Water Surface – A tool for creating realistic water surfaces.
Once the objects are created, you can find them and additionally modify them in the Scene outliner. The object's parameters are located in the Objects tab.

Creation of Objects
Objects can be created either by clicking the Create new Geometry object toolbar button and selecting an object type or by using the creation buttons in the Object tab.
- ||Top toolbar|| > Create new Geometry object > select an object for creation.
- ||Right Side Panel|| > Object tab > select an object for creation.
