Get Guidance

This page provides information about the Get Guidance feature in Chaos AI Assistant.

Overview

Chaos Assistant is an in-product, conversational guide. It enables users to ask “how do I…” questions in natural language and receive clear, contextual answers without leaving their workflow.

Steps

• Open the Chaos AI Assistant.
• You can use some of the predefined guidance tools to help you get started in Chaos Enscape. To start, either click on the Workflow & product guidance accelerator and choose from the predefined prompts or directly start typing in the chat box.

To chat, type a prompt in the prompt field, or click the Create new chat session () button to start a new session and then type a prompt. When ready, click Send message () or press Enter. If the prompt isn't clear, the AI Assistant asks for clarification.

• Each answer contains references to the appropriate documentation pages. You can visit them for more information.
• If the AI Assistant can't answer a question, it notifies you and refers you to the relevant documentation pages.
• The assistant stays open until it is manually closed. This allows you to follow along any steps given to complete the task you’ve asked for.

If needed, you can also load a reference image using the Attach image () button.

The assistant doesn't directly set values in the platform – it only provides written advice and instructions.
