Every peel 3 package includes Peel.OS for capture, alignment, clean-up and mesh export. peel 3.CAD adds Peel.CAD, and peel 3 Pro.CAD adds Peel.CAD Pro.
The kit includes the scanner, carrying case, acquisition software, power supply, USB cable and positioning targets. Your quote lists the exact bundle and computer requirements.

peel 3d customers sign in to the Creaform Customer Portal for downloads, product information and support.
- Go to the Creaform Customer Portal.
- New user: select Request access and fill in the form.
- Once approved, sign in and download Peel.OS from your products list.
Activate Peel.CAD
Use your V.I.Peel care plan
V.I.Peel is the peel 3d customer care plan for peel 3 scanners. We are your contact for every V.I.Peel benefit in New Zealand and arrange it with peel 3d.
- Fault under normal use: the scanner is repaired or replaced under warranty.
- Accidental damage: one reduced-cost repair in each 12-month period. A service fee and shipping apply.
- Software: free updates for Peel.OS, and for Peel.CAD on peel 3.CAD scanners.
- Accessories and targets: order through us to get the V.I.Peel savings.
- Moving up to FARO | CREAFORM: return a peel 3 or peel 3.CAD for its full value as credit towards new FARO | CREAFORM technology. We confirm the credit before the scanner comes back.
To make a claim, contact us first. Do not send the scanner anywhere until we have arranged the repair with peel 3d.

Renew V.I.Peel
V.I.Peel renews yearly. Contact us before your plan expires. peel 3d only renews plans that are still current, so a lapsed plan cannot be picked up again.
