The is the catch-all error shown when an import fails without a specific reason found. In the dialog you see after the attempted import, check the Last Error Description field for more details. If you can't find a root cause, check the following:

• Open the file in Revit, create and save a new 3D view, and retry the import.
• Check that you have the proper permissions to the destination folder.
• Verify you have enough disk space to save the file.
