Enable and start Enscape in your CAD/BIM app.
Overview After installing Enscape, open your CAD/BIM app and find the Enscape tools. If they do not appear automatically, enable them through the app's toolbar or menu options. Follow the instructions for your app below.
If Enscape does not appear in the menu or toolbar, reinstall it. Uninstall Enscape, restart your computer, then run the Enscape installer again. Follow the installation steps .
Enable and start Enscape in each CAD app Enable and start Enscape in SketchUp There are two ways to enable the Enscape toolbar in SketchUp:
Right-click the toolbar area and select Enscape. Go to View > Toolbars in SketchUp. Enable Enscape in the Toolbars window list. The toolbar floats when you first open it. Left-click and drag it to the toolbar area to dock it beside the other toolbars.
1. Right-click the toolbar area.
2. Go to View > Toolbars and select Enscape in the Toolbars window.
There are two ways to start Enscape in SketchUp.
Go to SketchUp Menus ribbon > Extensions > Enscape > Start Enscape. Click Start Enscape in the Enscape toolbar. The Enscape window opens in the perspective view.

Enable Enscape in SketchUp Start Enscape in SketchUp Enable and start Enscape in Revit To open the Enscape toolbar in Revit, click Enscape in Revit's Menu ribbon.

Follow these steps to activate all buttons in the Enscape toolbar.
Make sure your project has at least one 3D view. Create and select a valid 3D View in Revit. The Start button in the Enscape ribbon bar becomes available. Click Start in the Enscape ribbon. Enscape uses the view's associated phasing and design option. Leave Enscape open while you change cross sections, materials or model geometry in Revit. Your changes appear instantly in Enscape.

In Rhino for Windows, go to Rhino Menus ribbon > Window > Toolbars…. In the Rhino Options window, select Toolbars on the left. Enable the Enscape toolbars you need from the list.

If the Enscape menus are missing from the Rhino Options window, check that you have selected the correct category in the Toolbar and Toolbar Groups dropdown menu.

Follow these steps to start Enscape in Rhino for Windows:
Open your Rhino project file. Click Start Enscape in the Enscape toolbar. Enscape opens in a separate window. Leave Enscape open while you change cross sections, materials or model geometry in Rhino. Changes appear instantly when Live Updates is enabled in Enscape. Activate Synchronize Views to synchronise Rhino's perspective view with the Enscape window.
Use Rhino's Command line to access most Enscape commands. Type Enscape in the Command line to list all available Enscape commands.

To start Enscape in Rhino for macOS, go to Window > Active Tool Palettes > Enscape.

To create an Enscape Toolbar, select Archicad's Toolbars option. You can dock the toolbar horizontally or vertically in the Archicad workspace.
Create an Enscape toolbar in Archicad
The Enscape Toolbar opened through Palette is vertical by default. Follow these steps to create a horizontal Enscape Toolbar:
Click Window > Toolbars > Toolbars.. The Archicad Work Environment window opens with the Toolbars section highlighted. Click Toolbar Options, then New Toolbar… Name the toolbar Enscape. In the List drop-down menu, select All new commands in alphabetical order. Highlight all options with (Enscape) after the name, except Enscape (Enscape) and Enscape Toolbar (Enscape). Click Add selected to add the buttons to your Enscape Toolbar. Reorder the options to suit your needs. Keep the Enscape Palette open and visible so you can match its order. Click OK to close the Work Environment window. Go to Window > Toolbars again and click Enscape. Your horizontal Enscape Toolbar appears, either floating or docked. Leave it floating, or drag it to dock vertically or horizontally in the Archicad workspace. Follow these steps to start Enscape in Archicad:
Open your Archicad project file and make sure a Perspective or Axonometry view is open. Select Start Enscape in the Enscape menu, palette or toolbar. Enscape opens in a separate window. Leave Enscape open while you change cross-sections, materials or model geometry in Archicad. Changes appear instantly when you activate Live Update
in Enscape. Activate Synchronize Views to synchronise Archicad's perspective view with the Enscape window.

If the toolset is missing, uninstall and reinstall Enscape. Follow the First Steps article.
If the toolset is still missing, go to Tools > Third-Party > Enscape > Add Enscape to your workspace to load it manually.
If the tool set does not appear on macOS, add it manually in Vectorworks. Go to Tools > Third-party > Enscape > Add Enscape to workspace.

To start Enscape in Vectorworks, click the Enscape tab to open the Enscape tool set.

Follow these steps to view your Vectorworks project in 3D:
Open a Vectorworks project file. Click the Enscape logo in the tool set to open the Enscape toolbar at the top of the screen. Click Start in the Enscape toolbar to open the Enscape window. Start Enscape through the toolbar
