Add Chaos Credits to your subscription with a subscription upgrade, credit pack or Enterprise pool. This article explains the options and how billing works.
Why buy more credits
Each Chaos subscription includes a monthly credit allowance. If your team uses AI features often, you may use up that allowance before the next refresh.
You have three options to add more credits:
- Upgrade your subscription tier if you need more credits and more product features.
- Add a credit pack for recurring monthly credits in your pool.
- Choose an Enterprise pool for a large annual credit allowance if your organisation has high usage.

Credit packs
Credit packs are recurring purchases. Each pack adds a fixed number of credits to your shared pool each cycle.
- Packs are floating. Credits go into your Shared pool, where all users in your organisation can use them.
- Choose monthly billing for flexibility or annual billing for savings.
- Monthly packs are billed monthly. Credits are added on the billing date.
- Annual packs are billed annually. The monthly credit allowance is added on the same date each month.
- You can add more credit packs if you need more credits.
Enterprise pools
Enterprise pools give larger organisations a single annual credit pool with no monthly caps. You can use the entire allowance in a single quarter or spread it across the year.
Contact Procadsys to arrange an Enterprise pool. Enterprise pools are not available in the webshop. They suit:
- Studios with many users.
- Organisations with changing demand, such as peaks at the end of project cycles.
- Teams that want to plan around a single credit pool instead of managing monthly refreshes.
How to purchase
In the product or My Chaos
- Sign in to My Chaos as an admin.
- Open the Organization tab, then the Chaos Credits Management sub-tab.
- Click Buy credits on the Credits management card.
The Buy credits page lists the available options:
- Subscription upgrades let you move from a lower tier to a higher tier with more credits and more product features.
- Credit packs let you choose a pack size and monthly or annual billing.
Contact Procadsys to arrange the option that suits you. Monthly top-up credits are added to your pool immediately. Annual top-up credits are added on the same date each month.
Billing and renewals
- If renewal succeeds, your credits, refresh dates and user assignments continue without interruption.
- If your payment method is not charged on the renewal date, you cannot use your Chaos Credits. Keep your payment details up to date.
- Refunds are declined if you have already used credits from that subscription.
Changes to credit pricing
Chaos reserves the right to change how many credits a feature costs. For example, the cost may change when Chaos adds a new AI model or replaces an older one.
Your existing credit balance stays valid. You can spend those credits at the updated rates.
