Overview
Corona includes its own UI menu that includes all available Corona tools.
The Corona menu is accessible directly in the host app (Cinema 4D) UI.

Light creation | Corona Sky – Creates a Corona Sky object used to illuminate your scene with a realistic skylight. | |
Corona Sun – Creates a Corona Sun object, i.e. a realistic, physically correct sunlight source for illuminating the scene. Click in the viewport, drag and then click again to complete the creation process. | ||
Corona Moon – Creates a Corona Moon, which is a realistic and physically correct Moon, in your scene. Click in the viewport, drag and then click again to complete the creation process. | ||
Corona Full Sky – Creates Corona Sky, Corona Sun and Corona Moon objects. | ||
Corona Light – Creates a Corona Light object that can be either an area light (using a circle or a rectangle) or an object light (using a sphere, cube, or cylinder). Hold left-click in the viewport and drag. | ||
Proxy creation | Corona Proxy – Creates a Corona Proxy object that can be used to simplify meshes in the viewport, thereby increasing performance. Click in the viewport and drag. | |
Volume Grid creation | Corona Volume Grid – Creates a Corona Volume Grid (VDB) object. | |
Decal creation | Corona Decal – Creates a Corona Decal object, which is used to project textures and materials onto your scene objects. Click in the viewport and drag. | |

Material editor | Node material editor – Launches the Corona Node Material Editor. | |
Corona lister | Lister – Launches the Corona Lister window, where you can manage Corona lights, cameras, displacement, and proxies in your 3D scene. | |
Convertor | Convert scene… – Launches the Corona Scene Converter window, which allows you to convert scenes made with other renderers to Corona. | |
Import | Import vrscene… – Opens the Import .vrsene dialog where you can browse for a suitable VRScene file and import it into Cinema 4D. | |
Upload to cloud | Upload to cloud… – Opens the Cloud Upload window, where you can upload a 3D scene to Chaos Cloud Collaboration. | |
Live Link | Chaos Vantage – Opens a sub-menu for the Chaos Vantage tools.

About Corona | About… – Launches the About window. |
About Chaos Corona Window
The About Chaos Corona window contains information about the currently installed version of Corona.
Release license – Releases your current Chaos license. This button displays "Activate license" instead if it's already released.
License server – Opens the Chaos License Server that provides licenses to this Corona installation.
Chaos account – Opens a separate window that shows additional information regarding your Chaos account.

Corona website – Opens the Chaos Corona website using your default web browser.
My Chaos website – Opens the my.chaos.com website in your default web browser. This website can be used to manage your Chaos software licenses.
Report bug – Opens the Submit a Request form where you can submit request related to this Corona installation.
