Here at SketchUp, we want to make sure that SketchUp is right for you. That's why we offer a free SketchUp Studio trial. You won't need a credit card, but here's how to get started:

Here at SketchUp, we want to make sure that SketchUp is right for you. That's why we offer a free SketchUp Studio trial. You won't need a credit card, but here's how to get started:

  1. If you don’t already have one, create a Trimble ID. A Trimble ID is your key to all SketchUp applications including SketchUp for Desktop, V-Ray, and 3D Warehouse.
  2. Login here using your Trimble ID and click Start Free Trial .
  3. Download and install SketchUp for Desktop as prompted.
  4. Launch SketchUp and login to the application.
  5. Click Begin Trial to begin your free trial of all things SketchUp!

Some things to know about your SketchUp Free Trial:

  • The trial includes everything in a SketchUp Studio subscription.
  • You can view all available SketchUp apps on the My Products page and manage your account in Admin Console .

3rd Party Sign-In Options

All Trimble products that use Trimble ID offer the option to create an account and login using your Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts. We call this 3rd party sign-in.
